1. Do I need to bring anything?

No, everything you need to professionally bathe your dog is right at your fingertips. If you have something you like to use, you are welcome to bring it.

2. I have more than one dog how does that work?

We have leads in all the rooms so while you bathe one, the other can enjoy treats!

3. How long does it take?

Typically about 45 minutes, but depending on size, coat condition and of course drying it could take longer.

4. I don't like to trim nails, can someone do that for me?

We sure can, and on Tuesdays its 1/2 price all day long! If you just want a nail trim no appointment is necessary.

5. Can I stay while you bathe or groom my dog?

YES, you are always welcome to watch us groom or bathe your dog. If you're dog tends to be nervous it might be best to stay out of your dog’s sight so we can have a relaxing environment to bathe your dog.

6. Are appointments necessary?

We take Self Service baths on a walk-in basis and appointments are needed for Full Service baths or Grooms but walk-ins are welcomed if nothing is scheduled at that time. Nail trims do not require appointments.

7. How does the BNB experience differ from another grooming place?

At some places it is an all day affair, but here we offer a salon style grooming environment for your dog. We treat each dog as the individual client that they are. Catering to their needs and your wishes, we treat each dog as if they are our own. All work is done by hand and we NEVER stuff dogs in cages with dryers!
